| Bok_Choi 08/10/17 1:36:15 PM #29: | so what you're saying is what's likely happening is the top like 5% IS probably paying for most of the federal taxes and accounting for a lot of the revenue but when it comes to state income tax everybody is still paying pretty much the same thing? which still equals out to the rich paying more, but it's perhaps not proportionate? --- ...
