Topic	A New Iowa Bar Opening seems to have BANNED Black MEN!! Would you be banned???

If a hip op culture banned clothing typically associated w lame bands like phish or Radiohead and prohibited cutters from getting in would it be taken as being a ban on white people? No it would not. I'm sure many non white people dress lame and cut themselves to Radiohead.
