I get complaining about stringent security for things like video game accounts and other relatively unimportant services... but Paypal has your banking information, which is probably one of the most damaging things that could get into someone else's hands if it was leaked. I can understand an abundance of caution from their end. Caution is one thing but some of this is just bad UX. --- This album is not available to the public.
