i updated my phone number with them, and deleted my old one

then i also deleted an old address

then i tried updating my credit card with them, because it recently expired and i got a new one.

it wouldn't work, again. keep in mind, i had previously tried this before i changed my phone number and address things.

anyways, after that i went to buy something and had to verify my account. they gave me two options. receive a text, or a phone call.

the number they had for me to choose? the one i fucking deleted. that's it. there's an option to add another number there, so i put in my current number and...it doesn't appear to be registered in my name, despite having the texts from paypal proving it's in my name, despite being able to SEE that it's under my name.

it's not there.

so i try signing out and signing back in, because why not.

OH. NOPE. WAIT. suspicious activity has been on my account (me. literally only me.) so now i have to verify it's actually me wanting into my account.

they give me three choices. text me, call me, or send them a copy of my license. obviously i choose text me.

then a box appears asking me to choose what number i want to use. i click it.

there's no fucking phone number listed.

i click add a number, and enter my number.

that number doesn't appear to be registered in my name.

so, now, i had to take a picture of my license, and in two business days i'll receive an email telling me if i'm actually fucking me or not.
