Seriously, bull-pup sucks for most uses and there isn't much reason to adapt your AK-74 into one. A standard legal pattern won't have any noticeable accuracy difference despite the extra barrel length because, for accuracy, a barrel length only needs to be long enough to sufficiently accelerate the bullet--And with an intermediate cartridge, that is not an very long requirement at all. Additional length beyond that can in fact negatively impact accuracy by affecting barrel harmonics and vibration at the muzzle (Though this is not a simple phenomenon to measure).
I concur, but I like longer barrels, especially Composite Barrels.

Look up the tech, Composite Barrels are the future of Barrel Technology.

It's validated by HP White Laboratories.

Consistent Accuracy through many sequential back to back shots, has some form of polymer in between the outter sleeve and inner barrel that transfers heat out as fast as possible to maintain a cooler internal barrel.

It also increases the stiffness of the barrel to have low barrel harmonics after each shot and multiple shots.

The only downside is cost.
