Christianity and Wars are a really... fickle... thing to say the least, especially in the middle ages where religion was often used as a casus belli for a war that had nothing to actually do with religion. Not to mention things like the entire protestant reformation basically stemming from one king not being able to get a divorce. I'm in no way trying to absolve Christianity here, but I am trying to say that feudal-era wars were very complicated matters with many factors.
