Topic	Best way to deal with a hangover?

I've read that exercise actually helps, but I've never tested it firsthand because who in their right mind wants to go for a brisk run when your insides are about to explode out of you? Apparently grease and bread are good ways to "soak up" the excess alcohol. Not sure if that's a myth or not. I feel better if I can stomach anything, greasy or otherwise. Also, water.
