You did, you brought it up in the very first sentence of the very first post (and not the answer but a possible answer). Claims of racism should never be brought up half-heartedly or lightly. Either its a serious problem or it starts destructive rumors. Lets honestly think about how incredibly stupid the implications are. "This Microsoft product wont sell well in Japan because the Japanese people are racists".
