Topic	Accidentally fucked up my laptop today. How to fix?

You can also educate yourself AND they have download mirrors for all the best antimalware software and other utilities. Trust me dude either go there or reinstall windows. BleepingComputer was the guide I was using, but I accidentally restarted my laptop because the antimalware that BleepingComputer recommended told me to restart.
