I work at a private gym as a personal trainer, so I need to wear a black t-shirt with the company logo / slogan on it, and black athletic shorts or training pants. I can also wear a trainer's jacket if I decide to (such variety).

Outside of work, I'm often wearing gym clothes, because I train people myself under my own fitness business, and I also go to the gym a lot myself. So like literally 90% of the time I'm wearing gym clothes.

The other 10%, I usually wear jeans and a t-shirt, sometimes with a nice button-down shirt over top, and either dress shoes or nice sneakers.
