Hahaha. In the end I realized I really just missed having a controller for certain games. Some just play better with a controller than a mouse and keyboard. I literally had gotten it into my mind that I needed an entire console when my only issue was not having a controller. I just didn't realize that was the problem. I ended up just buying a nice Xbox One controller on Amazon for my computer, plus a few games in the last hours of Steam's Summer Sale. Way cheaper and I think it's the best choice.

Why the hell did I get it in my mind that I needed a whole console? I tried justifying it by saying I needed mobile gaming and console exclusives. In the end, I've finally realized that there are thousands of PC games I can play, and I never have time when I'm not home to play games anyway. I don't exactly regret this topic, though. It helped to slow down my decision making enough for me to realize what was really going on in my head. I guess I just missed controllers.
