Agreed with what you've said here. I'm not knocking folk who volunteer. My dad volunteers at this recycling plant while working with folk who have many disabilities. He's almost like a carer too. He's still with the company now but the boss has decided to throw a bit of cash his way. He enjoys the job so more power to him.
