I hate to say it, but this is too accurate. I mean, I've tried to deny it for as long as I could. But the more I've actually talked with women, the more I realize this. Of course you'll get it with men, too. But it just seems to be more difficult finding a woman who can contribute to a conversation. I can ask them about their day or their plans. Make jokes or try to talk about specific topics. But they just seem to react and not contribute. And this isn't just me invading their space or striking a conversation out of nowhere either. This is every store clerk who tries to make small talk during check out.

I mean, I'll freely admit that I can be pretty boring as well. But I'll at least try to put in an effort when I'm talking with someone. I just wish I knew where to find all these incredibly interesting and funny women everyone likes to talk about...
