Topic	Are the PS4 and Vita any good?

I occasionally troll around Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace and recently I saw a PS4 and Vita combo. So I'm curious if these are decent systems? Mostly on PS4 I'm interested in Horizon Zero Dawn.
