We have no idea what his impact will be yet. We already know his impact on how the rest of the world perceives the US. In five months he's made the position of US President into a worldwide laughing stock AND made us the only country aside from fucking Syria to not go along with the Paris Agreement AND spent the majority of the time as president being investigated by the FBI.
