Amusement parks are like 75% standing in lines. I'd rather get some good food, some beer, and relax at the baseball games.

Get a fast pass, my dudes

Amusement parks are more fun than baseball games

Or even better, pick an off date where it isn't so crowded, where you won't miss not having a fast pass. I like the idea of such a pass, but hate how very expensive they are.

Some amusement parks do let you in slightly early before the general public if you stay at a hotel/motel/resort they operate nearby, such as Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH. I recently learned when I was just googling things, that Disney actually has an app that mentions real-time lines for their rides. I wish Six Flags or Cedar Fair would develop such an app, but I won't hold my breath they'd do this. Especially if it affected 'fast pass' sales.....

Back to the topic, I do enjoy baseball. But I'd have to say amusement park, for sure. I kinda miss full fledged traditional amusement parks, since I hadn't gone to one in so darned long. And basic carnival rides(i.e. what some churches will do to raise money), don't cut it for me!

And most amusement parks I've been to(have trouble thinking of any that aren't this way?), do let you walk out of the park to take a break(i.e. if you brought a lunch to eat in your car, which saves money on the super expensive concessions inside the park), then go back in.
