Kennedy is a flaming liberal on social issues

Bullshit. He's at most a moderate. Do you consider these to be "flaming liberal" positions?

Like...honestly, I'd describe him as slightly right-of-center overall on social issues. He's for gay marriage, but so is Ulti--that's not exactly a flaming liberal position these days. He respected court precedence on Roe v Wade, but even if you disagree with past rulings there's reasons to respect court precedence (court flip flopping can be worse than respecting a court decision you disagree with). On all other social issues he seems to lean right.
