Literally all of it. Economics are one thing a president can take full credit for, even in cases of good or bad luck. Bill Clinton got lucky that he was in office during the dotcom boom, but I would argue he's to credit for the environment that created that boom in the first place. Then you look at Bush, and everyone blames him for bad gas prices and the housing crisis. Neither was directly his fault, but it was still his economic environment. History remembers economics and wars above just about everything else.
