Depends on what you're after I suppose. I go there for meat alternatives or for their deli/hot foods section. The Sobeys in downtown Edmonton had an awesome hot food situation for grabbing lunch. Other than that I only have a No Frills and Wal-Mart where I live and those stores do not carry some of the things I am after. No Frills is still much better on the whole.
