Refrain from gazing at any type of electronic screen as its light stimulates your brain to be active as if it were daytime. Research has verified that participants were unable to sleep regularly for an hour even after putting away them.

Consume energy you may have in excess from little activity (sometimes) by strolling about afore bedtime. Your body runs on it as fuel runs on an engine until it is empty, then it will switch off. If it has a little, it may misthink itself still energetic to work some more after hours.

Do not eat sugary foods or drinks at supper time to prevent your energy levels from being overmuch. Evenings are the times least when we are active by just resting, so you will not be rid of most of it.
