Believe it or not, they used to price their models affordably, regularly interacted with the community, and weren't nearly so lawyer-happy. This was about... oh, 25-30 years ago now by my recollection. Around the time 3E came out in the late 90s, the prices started going up (and they've never stopped since) and a few years later, GW got ridiculously protective of their IP, suing everything that moved and generally acting like enormous corporate dickheads. I love their games (or used to - I don't buy any of their new stuff anymore, because of what an incredible ripoff it is), but fuck are they a miserly company. --- Kill 1 man: You are a murderer.
