Does steer anymore? Did it make a high squeal and then suddenly go to shit?
Broken serpentine belt? That would also explain the battery power loss.
The wheel is super stiff and yes, it does make a high squealing sound. Is it fixable?

I mean, there's a small chance that you need steerling fluid. That you can do yourself. Pour it in, move wheel back and fourth until it more normal.
But a fluid pump could have popped, or your serpentine belt may have broken, which you'll need to get fixed. Those shouldn't be too too expensive, but you'll need to figure out how to get it somewhere now.
Luckily my dad has AAA and the card's in the car, I called them and they're gonna tow me for free to the repair shop
