Call the cops if it's that bad. I know you're "supposed" to go knock on their door and politely ask them to turn it down, you need to sleep, etc... But if they're inconsiderate enough to blast music that much late at night, if anything that will just make things worse. That's right. I didn't tell my neighbors either for the same reason: making things worse. They might get mad and turn the music up louder. There is also the security issue. They may get violent, and you will end up getting hurt. I usually called the security. --- "You don't need a reason to help people."
