In fact you can connect with, especially black people from the ghetto on a deeper level using the word n---a (cant believe I'm even censoring this). But yeah its regular to banter back and forth and be like: n---a this, n---a that, you know what im saying my n---a ? Get into a popular rap song yall both can enjoy, they aint going to look at you funny for saying n---a.
So nah im not saying EVERY black person is fine with you saying n---a, but neither does every any group of people all approve any one thing, you can never please everyone.
Yeah I don't know where you're from or who you know, but don't refer to a stranger as one, then get surprised at some negativity.
there seems to be some confusion, yeah you dont walk up to random people and say "yo what up n---a". I mean but that applies to alot of things, I dont walk up to random white people and say "what up cr---a". Same basic principle, its a title of endearment, and yes I call people cr---a, amongst many other things im sure people would scoff at
