Topic	A mouse and keyboard setup has only been a compromise in the beginning

And those games made liberal use of both the keyboard and joystick. The first mouse I used was on a Macintosh Plus, and basically the only thing I ever did on that was play games - one of them being The Manhole, which is a point-and-click game. That is because they wanted people to buy and play the game even if they do not have a controller.
