Sure, it's a lot of work when you first start but most teachers get into a groove after the first few years and only make minor tweaks. You don't need to reinvent the wheel every year. Unless, obviously, there's a massive change to the curriculum itself. Any teacher that relies on the exact same material every year is a bad teacher.
