I have yet to find a recipe that I really enjoy but once in a while I like to try a new one. I like this one because it has a bunch of different types of cheese with different tangy levels so it may be tasty and the evaporated milk should help it stay creamy. But a lot of times it's bland, flavorless because you can barely taste the cheese, or it's not creamy at all..
