To be specific, they call them selves Incel short for Involuntary Celibate. Or whatever.
They whine about how women aren't being dropped on their dicks and they're only celibate because of feminism and other new age man hating things.
The fact that they pretty much worship Elli Todger (or whatever his name was) pretty much says everything anyone needs to know about them.
