If you were introduced to it through Voyager, watch some TNG and then some TOS. These two form the foundations of the franchise. If you like those, definitely watch DS9. If you still want more Star Trek, watch the VOY and ENT and the movies. The best movies are 2, 4, 6, and First Contact.
