Topic	Why do employees/employers frown upon others taking vacations?

If I recall correctly, every employee gets like 6 weeks of vacation every year or some crazy amount like that and somehow their productivity still blows ours of the water. Turns out people are actually much more motivated to work harder when they're given substantial time to live a life outside of work.
