Yeah that's what I figured. Who's remaining in Detroit. I've also heard that the nice parts of Detroit are hella expensive. Is that true? Yeah, new housing goes up and it costs a lot. More than it's worth to live down here. They are looking to build up a new base with all the investments in housing and infrastructure.
