Topic	Rate my lunch! Tacos Al Pastor (my way)
FF_Redux 05/09/17 7:15:31 AM #1:	The tortillas aren't pure corn, they are corn and wheat, can't get hold of pure corn from any grocery store, it's is better to make shells out of, next time I'll order some from an mexican food store online. Normally you also have salsa verde on top, but I can't get hold of tomatillos (which also I can order from the online store), so I made a salsa with beans and corn and using a store bought tomato salsa as base. The pineapples worked well tbh. Also meat is not so red, because I can't get hold of achiote powder, which also I gotta order. It was really good tbh, one of the better tacos I've had. I had one more shell then 2 soft tacos after.
