Yeah, you still need to limit res to 1280 x 720 and put some settings on medium. For fallout 3/new vegas, resident evil 5, and other unreal engine 3 games you will be just fine. Hell, my ancient 4830 ati radeon could play those games, with crappy dual core and hit solid 60fps on high med on res 5 and minimum of 40 on fallout 3 on high/med. You cpu and gpu are better.
