CNN coverage on it has not been very good--it leaves out important details like the bill being opt-in, 100% OT = 150% PTO as the rule, and requiring employers to be willing to exchange PTO for the employee's hourly wage within 30 days of a written request normally i am all about the GOP getting fucked in the ass when they try to do things but i actually think this bill was decent --- And when the hourglass has run out, eternity asks you about only one thing: whether you have lived in despair or not. ...
