He went after whistleblowers, not after news agencies and suppressing their first amendment rights. It was a problem, yes, but did it endanger the lives of 300 million Americans? No, it didn't.

Or invading the privacy of the American people?

I have a big problem with that but the NSA spy program was started under Bush.

Or using his illegal drone program to indiscriminately murder civilians, including children?

I'm sure you're perfectly ok with the mass murder of countless citizens that those same drones have been used for under Trump. It was only illegal because a black guy got to use them.

ICE is deporting people with no criminal history, Dreamers and people dying of brain cancer while they lie in the hospital. Whether you like it or not we need immigrants in this country. Unless you wanna scrub toilets and work on a farm.

Actually, the best case scenario is that he improves the country and ushers in an era of prosperity. However, in reality, the most feasible scenario is that he'll have a so-so forgettable presidency. All he needs to do is not start a war and he'd be better than most presidents

How is dumping toxic waste in lakes improving our life? How is taking away the health care of millions of people improving our life? How are laws discriminating against LGBT people improving lives?
