Topic	Would you exchange technology for magic?

How about travel, are there magical travel spells that can move people and goods from place to place in an instant, or do I have to walk everywhere now because there's no cars? What about power, who controls the magic, is it like an authoritarian government, or is it like wild west anarchy where everyone has magic and there's no order? Are there different levels of magic, or does everyone have the same magical powers? Do you need to pay to get better magic, or do you learn it? Or is what magic you have based on just your genetics?
