The Indian girl works in a pharmaceutical company so she knows what medication they'd need to do something, how much, how to administer it, etc. I imagine she'll end up being the group's "healer." Van Damme and Icelandic girl are pretty useless though, I agree. The girl moreso since Van Damme at least can fix up cars and jazz.
