Yeah, then do a little bit of light research if you want the spiritual side. Most places let you do a drop in for like $12 bucks, so find a couple that seem legit, drop in and check it out. If the instructor is cool and seems to know what they're doing, lets you actually meditate, etc, it's a good sign. Quick easy way (not perfect but easy) to judge how legit a place is, is pay attention to how often the instructors actually say the pose names in Hindi/Sanskrit.
