nonconsensual condom removal

A new sex trend called 'stealthing,' or nonconsensual condom removal, is on the rise and gaining more attention in the media. Complications of stealthing include the risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases, unwanted pregnancy, and emotional distress. Stealthing has not been reviewed in a US court case, but was the focus of an extradition case involving WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, in which the act violated a 2003 law. There would be no consent if, without her consent, he did not use a condom, or removed or tore the condom, -- the judgment stated Alexandra Brodsky, a fellow at the National Women's Law Center, wants civil law to acknowledge the act and give survivors easier legal paths. She has also worked to raise awareness on the issue.

A disturbing new bedroom trend involves men secretly taking off their condoms during consensual sex, and sometimes later bragging about it online.
