Even if he is he has spouted bullshit that deaths of real people are conspiracies and/or didn't happen. He's literally using this argument, that his public persona is an act, in court under oath to keep custody of his kids. So he's either lying to the public or he's lying in a court of law, either way he's lying to someone. That choice is easy if I was him, you tell the truth in court and you lie to the American people.
