Topic	My roomate is driving a car with expired tags and no insurance:(

If she does get pulled over, I'd advise her to keep all her information on the vehicle being previously stolen, and having to pay for the damages. Some cops are pretty understanding, so if they believe that she's working on getting all that together, then she may just go along with a warning.
