Topic	C/D should the Raiders be renamed when they move to Vegas?

I think that was an issue for the new NHL team, but I don't know if that was an NHL-specific rule or something bigger. I don't think they should change it; they didn't change it when they moved to LA before and "Raiders" is generic enough that it fits anywhere. I suppose it fits better in a coastal state, but I'm not sure if the name ever came from any actual historical significance with pirates.
