Lol you sound like my wife! I just try to exercise regularly to balance it out. 4 miles every other day.


Exercise is good, but that doesn't negate a bad diet. It isn't all about weight. It's about overall health. You can be an active exerciser, but still have horrible cholesterol readings.


Well yeah but seriously, how do you eat healthy on a budget? I'm open to ideas.


Few tips:
1. Buy generic when you can (rice, pasta, etc.)
2. Do some serious meal planning and prepping for the week and then go to the store
3. Pick meals that you can make in bulk and are filling
4. Stick with cheaper veggies and sometimes frozen veggies can be much cheaper than fresh


Lol #4 is the problem. Wife always wants everything organic.
