Believe it or not, my job doesn't actually involve much killing, it's mostly preventative treatments, and the majority of bugs that do get killed are shitty ones like termites and cockroaches. And TBQH I don't really enjoy the act of killing bugs, I really like most insects (I always let them free at home) and feel legitimately bad when I have to hurt them on the job. What I do enjoy is having a job that lets me go outside all day, choose my own schedule, drive around listening to podcasts, seeing different places and meeting new people everyday, all without a supervisor or someone breathing down my neck reminding me that I have some stupid deadline.
