| Topic | I bought 2 Atelier games for PS3 today. I'm a total newcomer - opinions? |
| Jiek_Fafn 04/12/17 6:49:19 AM #17: | Totori is one of the more likable main characters. Unfortunately, it's one of the games that's closely linked to the others in the trilogy. You'll miss out on who a few of the characters are. Ayesha is definitely more newb friendly. It's a very good starting point because of that and it's the first in that particular world. Don't get too invested in the overall story. It's more about character relationships and stuff. A lot of the mysteries of the world are never actually explained. Totori does wrap things up pretty nicely though. Ayesha...not so much. The gameplay is an acquired taste. You may or may not like it. It's kind of like Persona...only not as good. --- PSN: Jiek ...
