Topic | How do nonfat people deal with being hungry all the time? |

Having said, it's been shown that people react differently to exercise concerning their diets; some people develop a "it would be a shame to waste all that hard work" attitude and skip the second helping at dinner. Others say "I worked hard, I deserve a treat" and then have a mars bar. Ultimately, exercise hasn't been proven to be especially effective for weight loss. It's mostly about diet. And I hope no fat people read that and take it as an excuse to not exercise. It's good for you and you should do it, and you will get into better shape more easily when supplemented with proper diet control. --- CE's Resident Scotsman. http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z316/CeliaOfTheSky/Pinky0926.jpg ...
