If Angel and Batman just ran into each other one night and started fighting, it'd probably be a pretty good fight, probably in Angel's favor as Batman would likely not have any tools on hand to quickly dispatch a vampire and Angel is very experienced and would not give Batman a chance to really improvise. Angel also isn't likely to reveal that he is a vampire so Batman would have to both deduce what Angel is and come up with a way to take him out before the stronger and faster Angel took him down.

If Batman knew he would be fighting a vampire, it'd be heavily slated in his favor because of how prominent and exploitable their weaknesses are.
