They will need to update their terms and conditions to say:
"If we find that a flight has been overbooked, we reserve the right to bump you from the plane and if you don't comply do so forcefully, resisting while someone is moving you can be dangerous and puts both you and the person moving you at risk of injury but if you're an adult we probably shouldn't have to tell you that and we know youll be civilized and walk on your own.
But seriously, I hope this puts United out of business for good.
