I smoked for 3 years while I was in college....I was able to quit cold turkey, but that was aided by the fact I hadn't smoked long, and didn't start smoking til I was in my 20s. Nice dude. Yeah I don't smoke much, while at school I smoked a pack a week and after grad I smoked a pack every 2 weeks. But you know, gotta stop Yeah for sure. If you're smoking less then a pack a week, it's all mental addiction at this point. It's pure will power, so no excuses, it's all up to you.
