From all the comments I'm seeing it's obvious to me that most of CE has never been in a struggle. I worked a job where I had to physically remove people. I'm 6'4" 240, used to wrestle, have trainint in control holds and I'll say it's still hard to move someone who's actively resisting. At my work place weve had people end up with broken noses, bumps, bruises and one broken arm. If I'm moving you and you throw your weight around and I lose my balance you're probably going to run into something.
